		<description>Roy Williams would never have recruited him because he lived east of the Mississippi River because he considered that North Carolina country.  Seriously.  If you look at all of his recruits from his 15 years, I think you&#039;ll literally only find one or two players from east of the Mississippi.  I know Kenny Gregory who was from Ohio is one of them.  Cant remember who or if there are any others.  But that is pathetic.  So anyways, Howard may have wanted to come to KU, but Williams would not have even considered him because of where he was geographically.</description>
